After about 10 years in advertising, we found ourselves duoless at a new agency, working on a major account. So we asked our bosses, “Hey, can we work as a duo for now?” The answer was basically: “Yeah, whatever.”
Since that beautiful moment in 2022, we’ve been a Senior Creative Duo.
Together, we worked with TikTok on their first agency partnership in Brazil
and won the agency’s first Cannes Lion. After that, we were hired by our dream studio: AKQA São Paulo, where we’ve led global campaigns for Coca-Cola, Nike, and TikTok — and shot a campaign starring Brazilian Oscar winner Fernanda Torres.

A little about each one of us:
Cirilo has 13 years of experience as an art director. He’s taken part in six major pitches — and won four. In 2018, he founded the Y&R Diversity Group. In 2019, he created and taught at Escola RUA, an ad school for underrepresented communities, and was selected for the WPP Creative Hive for Danone in Paris. He’s into painting, illustration, and ceramics, but he never really talks about it.
As for me — Rodrigo D’Angelo — I have 10 years in advertising and 17 in music. In advertising I’ve had some cool opportunities like the chance to write a film directed by Michael Bay and work with Brazil’s national team striker Gabriel Jesus. In music, I’ve released four solo studio albums, dropped a few EPs, toured across the country, directed artists, created music videos and documentaries, and led full campaign rollouts for Brazil’s biggest rap group.
